Anthony Baker
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
As Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Anthony has built Nucleus Digital Strategy into a recognised specialist digital strategy agency – both for its strategic results for marketers and its unique culture. Anthony ensures alignment with a long-term strategic plan that makes the uncompromised advice delivered to marketers; through market intelligence and digital strategy innovation pivotal areas of expertise for Nucleus Digital Strategy.
Anthony has honed the agency’s capabilities in consumer insights, strategy and ecommerce, positioning Nucleus Digital Strategy as the go-to agency for delivering digital strategy that anticipates what consumers want from brands in the digital age, as well as what marketers demand – candid and honest advice, measurable results and return on investment.
Prior to launching Nucleus Digital Strategy, Anthony held positions in executive management, business development, digital marketing and client services at digital agencies as well as with Coles, Myer and Target. His career has been devoted to developing business growth strategies predicated on enduring consumer relationships across the retail, consumer goods, technology and telecommunications industry sectors. Anthony has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and has worked in the psychology and healthcare field.
Chris Fiteni
Chief Strategy Officer
Chris Fiteni is a consumer and data-driven digital marketer with more than two decades of experience. His analytic and strategic marketing expertise has been instrumental in driving digital solutions to business problems for major brands throughout his career. As Chief Strategy Officer, Chris leads the Nucleus Digital Strategy engagements that delivers digital marketing strategy for web, mobile, social and digital commerce, and right across the whole digital channel.
Chris has built the insights and planning capabilities within Nucleus Digital Strategy, developed a competitive and proven digital marketing strategy approach for marketers and their brands, and has grown the agency’s measurement and analytics capabilities.
Chris has been a successful digital marketer working with such brands as Telstra, RMIT University, Mazda Australia and YMCA. His success has been gained from his abilities in data-based research, and the wealth of knowledge and experience he has in telecommunications, education, publishing, banking and automotive industry sectors, and his passion for digital and marketing strategy.
